For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement right away or refund you the full cost of the item. Whichever you prefer. If the item appears damaged or defective upon delivery, please refuse the delivery, if possible. For concealed damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please contact us by email at email@example.com with your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged item.
For Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unhappy with your order, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and the reason for your return. Please note, while we do offer free shipping on our website, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. There is also a 10% restocking fee on returned items.

Linens: Health department regulations do not permit us to accept laundered, used or unpackaged linens which includes: sheets, towels, comforters, duvets, mattress pads, mattress protectors, pillowcases, pillows, etc. If your order contains these items, they are only eligible for a return if they have NOT been unpackaged and unfolded. Item(s) must be in its original packaging in order to be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, soiled, laundered, or unpackaged.
Mattresses: Can only be returned if they arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Here is the full mattress warranty information.
Cleaning Supplies & Toiletries: Can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.
